Further Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Legislators

Site layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling different sections of the property.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
